[BUG] Missing material in VOICE options (screenshot)

I was verifying the game files few times with a Beta and with an Official release and the bug is still there:

I'm on Windows 7 x64, any ideas?

So..:
- deleting didn't help
- using mat_dxlevel 95 and switching back to 90 didn't help either

but I've noticed some errors popping out, when I open Options window or after switching to another DX:

*** Encountered VTF file with an invalid minor version!
*** Encountered VTF file with an invalid full header!
Error reading texture header "materials/vgui/resource/mic_meter_dead.vtf"
*** Encountered VTF file with an invalid minor version!
*** Encountered VTF file with an invalid full header!
Error reading texture header "materials/vgui/resource/mic_meter_live.vtf"

Can I do something more?

hm same problem. Does Source also force mic boost on for you? Most likely unrelated.

Yup and I remember this bug since Source 2004.

It just needs placing those textures in a proper folder manually. Grab the files from here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues/1938#issuecomment-460083602

...you need to place the "fix_mic_in_gui" folder in "Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom\", otherwise it won't work. Just did it and all works fine.
