Empty servers

Hi, I just bought CS:S and checked on SteamDB that usually more than 10K ppl play this game still, but the server finder only finds empty servers.

Any suggestions what could be the problem, any special settings need to be done?

Use the filter. I set mine @ <150ms, tick boxes for has clients playing, not full, vac protected, no pw....I get a decent list from here to Russia / Asia, and back.

Make your own server? That or get into a time machine and set it for 2008 and drive 88mph.

The 10k players on steam charts I believe includes all the fake server reported players. 8k players added to CSS steam chart at the same time the fake servers really started hitting the server browser hard with 255/255 players reported.
