This isnt the right forum for SourceDS Metamod/SourceMod plugins.
Most skins. Go in your local clients assets folders ( skins / models / materials / etc. )...
What you found on alliedmodders is the serverside plugin to have custom skins on the entire server.

You need to install sourcemod first of all.

ok i did what the guide say and it still not working i put sourcemod to Css so it be install but nothing happen when i buy the mpx.
