Are Porn Servers Allowed?

I was browsing through servers and found this:

My common sense told me not to play it and I listened..
But the game is rated M for Blood and Violence and not Sexual Content.
I need to know if this is allowed because teenagers might find this (and maybe kids). I don't mean to sound like a parent but unlike TF2 this game doesn't have a report system.

What's even worse is when the message board is compeltely filled with nude pictures... you're forced to have a screen just plastered with porn photos for a good second or more depending on how fast you can flick shot the exit button on the message board.

I joined a server that did that to me one time...
It was not pleasant at all and I'm lucky no one was present at the time or walked in on me.
