How do I play on v34 servers?

So I know this question sounds kind of shady but is it possible to join a v34 server witouth getting banned/hacked/having to install another client?

if you hawe CSS steam wersion then no its inposible but if you want play v34 servers you need download CSS v34 Non-steam wersion because CSS steam is runing v70-v80 version so its big difrence betvin games so if you want play v34 servers you need download non-steam wersion. if you want something more know about this then message me private
