Guys need help with css sounds

i have problem like this
MP3 initialized with no sound cache, this may cause janking. [ oldschoolas\dm_quake\ks1.mp3 ]
Failed to create decoder for MP3 [ oldschoolas\dm_quake\ks1.mp3 ]
and this problem in all servers there i play i dont know what to do i tryed to delete sound cache files and still doesnt works

MP3 is not yet done under Counter-Strike Source and very glitchy. So you try to listen your music ingame ?

No i cant hear server music... And i dont know what is wrong..

What is "server music" for you ? You mean round end musics for exemple ? or Quake sounds ?

entering to server music, round end, kills sounds, and end of round

Ah so it's not musics, it's all sounds if you don't hear event kills sounds. Have you try to check your game files ?

tryed it but sound or music folders files only takes 1kb and then i connect to server, music and sound files are downloading, but i cant find them in my css folder or any other folder so i dont know what to do, i tryed to redownload all css and still didnt helped...

Have you check if in your game settings you have "Allow all downloads from servers" ?

Explain your sentences. What happen exactly ? When you click on allow all, you have this line in your console ? What is this sound "ks1.mp3" ? Game sounds are .wav. Only UI or musics are in MP3.
