how to play with friend?

hi, i bought this, and i want to play with my steam friend, want to play with bots and my friend, how i do this? i cant invite him when i made a game

I'm assuming that you both have Steam and you're not trying to do this the old ancient way through something like Gamespy? Then through Steam you send your friend an invite to join your server when you start the game.

Hold shift and tab while playing to bring up the Steam menu. Click on your buddy and ask them to join your server.

cant do that, there is no way to invite him idk why

find empty server that has bots, join it, then get your friend to join same server through the friends tab in the server browser.

Download Radmin VPN. After that create network and your friend must connect to your network. Than create CSS server. In console write "map (map_name)" and restart the game. After that write in console "sv_lan 0" and your friend can connect to your server!
