Console key
How do I open the developer console using Swedish Keyboard.

On US keyboards, it is the key marked with "~", which on UK (as I am used to) keyboards, the key in the same position with scancode 86 [OEM_102] is marked with "`"

However, this same key on Swedish keyboards is marked with "§" and scancode 41.

The key with matching scancode of 86 is on the lower left, to the right of the LEFT SHIFT key, and marked with "<", however this key does not seem to open the console...

That will open the console on execution, but I need to access the console during gameplay.
do it through bind
for example:
bind "k" "toggleconsole"
bind "-" "toggleconsole"
bind "=" "toggleconsole"

Don't you need to open the console to make binds?

I think it should be possible to set keybinds with a cfg file
Config file is a file to bind all key ;) When you start you game, all keys are unbinded, and binded again with the CFG. If you don't want to open the console to bind new keys, you can simply add keys in your config ;)
