SourceMod plugins don't load
So I gave myself a clean installation of CS:Source to use the main installation that I have is modded. Cool, whatever. I installed SourceMod, and I loaded the plugins.

Everytime I connect to my server, I noticed the plugins don't load, then I can't imagine what to do next.

Check all the error logs for clues.

Make sure you have everything that sourcemod needs to run in the right place - like metamod, the vdf file, ect.

I have "-insecure" in the advanced startup options and the plugins are properly loaded.
