You don't have the map, so cannot join since you cannot load it.

Either download the map manually or allow downloads via:
cl_downloadfilter "all"
cl_allowdownload 1

i tried this but still not working

The server may have a misconfigured fastdl server - I could not find that particular map anywhere, so I can't think of anything else that would help
