How to change text language to English?

I have set language to English on the game and my Steam interface is on Spanish, on every game from Valve set all text based on your Steam interface, but i want text especialy for the CS S not for all my games. I put -language english on the launch option but it isn't work just work for CS GO i just want all text on english, voices are good in english

Have you try to change the language you want on Steam in the properties of your game? The cause of this issue is usually that the VPKs of localization won't download.

Yeah, on Steam properties it changes. Example, if i set Steam to English, every Valve's Source Engine (CS GO, CS S, TF2, Dota 2...) changes te UI Text and subs to English, or any onther language i set the Steam properties. I can set voices on the game properties, i prefer original language (Voices) and Spanish to Menus, Subs... but games like CS i like play everything to English. The only way to do this is put my Steam to English, and i don't want to set my Steam to English.

Hem, indeed that's strange. So, to check. You have your Steam client in Spanish, you want the game voices and UI in english or just voices?

My Steam Client is on Spanish i want all on English, UI and Voices. I only have voices but not UI, If i set my Steam Client to English it changes the UI, but a want kepp my Client on Spanish

Ok i see. That's exactly like me with game UI in english and Steam client in french but in my case, it works so i unfortunately don't really understand why in your case, it don't work correctly =/
