How do you add more bots?

I'm trying to have fun with maybe 20 or more enemy bots with only knives and me with a pistol but it won't let me due to balancing issues. How do I fix this? I am NOT looking to download anything to do this.

mp_limitteams 0
bot_add t
or
bot_add ct
or
bot_quota 20

I think to use bot_knives_only 1 you need to have sv_Cheats 1, not sure tho

No because you can do this when you create your LAN server. You can choose which weapons the bots can use

I find that you can't get more than 15 bots a side without allocated random spawn locations.
I made a video on how to get 32 bots per side in a casual game mode.
