yessirr you can mod almost anything in the source engine. thats why this enterprise is incredible. half life 2 with counter strike source comes with all the tools you need to mod almost anything in the game. you you check out gamebanana and join the community there theres skins mods models and maps everyday!

too bad this is the first game to have official client mod support (iirc cs 1.6 was first to have mod support in general), so it's not as user friendly as newer games like l4d2, tf2, and gmod. i can give you some pointers on how to successfully install (and fix broken) mods manually.

Yes it is, but if something go wrong with your game, meaning; for example. You downloaded a virus instead a mod, and your Steam account seems to be stealed. Valve doesn't give any support or ways to recover your account. Basically, you can mod your CS:S, but Valve won't give you any support if something go wrong

• I recommend you to use gamebanana or cs-smash. These are the most safe and quality mod pages for some games if you want to check them too
