I think you're gonna get the same game no matter what Steam bundle you buy. There was an engine update during the Orange Box Era that applied to those who owned CSS in any form and it will apply to all CSS owners today too. Also TOB doesn't include CSS.

Just like Focus said, there was a major update for the game back in 2010, receiving some of the features from "Orange Box" games such as Team Fortress 2's HDR support, achievements & dominations system, the "kill cam", etc.

The video you just included showcases the gameplay along third-party (non-official) game customizations (weapon and player-model skins, for example). They have nothing to do with the update.
