Custom Skins Weird Sound Problem

Hello guys, can somebody help? so my skins work offline, with custom sounds, but when I play on some servers, THE SOUNDS GET GLITCHED AND IT'S SO ANNOYING. IT HURTS MY HEARS, IT'S LIKE A WEIRD SOUND INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL CUSTOM SOUNDS OF THE FOLDER'S SKIN. Can somebody help please? Cuz my hears are bleeding :(

It's most likely a glitch in the Source engine, where custom content (such as skins) is disabled properly but not sounds, causing them to emit strange noises. Either disable these sounds while playing on that specific server, or find another one that allows custom sounds.

Any other solution? (so I delete the sounds folder?)
