how do i play on sandbox mode?

i want to practise some smoke launch spots in dust 2 to use them on multiplayer, but since i do it alone in a private server, i have to either wait 5 minutes to get the match over or open a new server, but i've seen guys that can fly and even spawn grenades in private servers (in cs tutorials for mostly) howe do i activate that "sandbox mode" i have to make the prosses faster

If you just want to practice smoke grenades, simply type "sv_cheats 1", then "give weapon_smokegrenade" in your console. You can spawn any entity in game.
By the way, if you want to "fly" around the map, here is your command: "noclip"

No problems. Just a tips: if you fly often, you should bind a key to toggle noclip mode to be faster. For example if you want to bind the "M" key to toggle noclip, simply submit this in your console: bind "m" "noclip"

if you wanna cheat with bots you can enable sv_cheats 1 when your with bots or a server you own and then you can use cheats
