I can't see my gif spray
So I have installed files like gifsplitter and VTFEdit and made my gif spray. Now when I test it in a local server without bots I can't see them. I verified the game cache and when I come back I can see it but It's not animated. And after I import the gif spray It's invisible. Any ideas?

Hold on. So I didn't get any instructions on the VMF file, they just give me a VTF file. So I had a VMF file from my old spray that is not a gif and I used It's material to make It into the game. I think that's the part I messed up. .-.
