cant play css, why?

Except the "CClientSteamContext logged on = 0" and "Parent cvar in server.dll not allowed" logs, the rest of the logs mean that a configuration is trying to make use of them without the "sv_cheats" command being set to "1".

The "CClientSteamContext logged on = 0" means that your Steam client is having troubles connecting to the Steam Networks.

What's your operating system?

Sorry for asking for the system's operating system; it was not needed actually. The thing is that you've installed Steam on a wrong location, as well as having folders renamed when they shouldn't be. Please do the next steps:

· Go to "C:\Program files\Steam4ik\" and delete all the content in it, except "Steam.exe" and the "steamaapps" & "userdata" folders.
· Cut (or move, it's the same) these 3 files into "C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\" (create the folder if it doesn't exist yet).
· Exec "Steam.exe" to start downloading the new Steam files. Your saved screenshots and configs (located inside the "userdata" folder) and the game should work fine, so you don't have to download them again.
