How to bind arrow keys to look around?

Me and a few other friends were playing in CS:S and thought it would be fun to play with keyboard only, Unfortunetly we cant find a bind to look around with arrow keys. This was a cool feature in CS 1.6.

• bind "LEFTARROW" "+left"
  
• bind "RIGHTARROW" "+right"

You can also change the speed of the rotation with the "cl_yawspeed" command.

Cool it worked! is there a way to bind up and down arrow to look up and down?

"UPARROW" and "DOWNARROW" may be bound to "+up" and "+down", but these don't seem to work.

I found the up and down it is actually +lookup and +lookdown.

You can't do up and down its literally unbindable unless you use a program or key board driver (Razer synapse! etc.)

I have razer synapse :D will I get in trouble though? I shouldn't right? If anything I'll be at a disadvantege

Synapse wont get you into trouble unless you make a macro detected by overwatch
