What the hell is the point in having a Halloween event if it doesn't start until the 30th?!

I thought Phasmophobia having it on the 28th was ridiculous but the 30th? That's literally 1 day, then it's basically pointless because it's out of season. AND it's on a weekday so most people won't even have time to enjoy it properly during the actual season.
Halloween is about atmosphere and all that atmosphere is gone the moment October ends, you may as well not have the event.

ehh, couldnt care less when Factorio DLC comes out in 2 days.

ASA is still in a meh state and starting the event practically in November is such a bad move. My guess is the mod isn't ready.

As feathery said, could have had better timing with FA. At least it's still 2 weeks and hopefully we can keep FA on year round for those who may not have time to dump into Ark during that 2 weeks. If not, yet another reason to not care about Ark at this point.

You know that person is a bot/spammer and they copy/paste that comment on every single one of these posts and have done for months so that people give them points right? They used to do it automatically so it was the first comment but after other bots/point farmers got banned this one delayed the comment so it's not as obvious.
At first they just said ASE and ASA, then they added Atlas, then Dark & Light, then they changed Atlas for ASA again (I guess to make it less bot-like?). They don't actually mean anything they are saying.

They've done it with other comments and on other forums too.

Just look at their post history and you'll see. Also, note that they don't have a mouse icon. They don't even have the game.

100% its to create such a tiny amount of time that they have to interact with people, because they know it will just be constant complaints

or seeing streamers constantly crashing because of whatever they add to the game

insert any similar reasons of them continuing to not care and do their absolute minimum amount of work

Remember, if you want to make an actual impact and make them actually stop and fix their game. Speak with your wallet. They could give a s*t less about what the reviews say, what we say on Discord, their website, or here. It's been almost ten years and they've never once listened to anyone. But they'll listen to a drop in profit. Don't buy DLC, don't donate, don't participate in events, etc. You want change, step away from the game for 6 months to a year. If enough people do that, I bet meaningful fixes come out almost immediately.

Another useless update - not even mentioning the unreal 5.4 upgrade, all while it was supposed to be released a week ago. Please fire this scumbag community manager, we dont give a f*** about some stupid useless s*** that is happening in the official server s***hole - please update us on a release date for the only upgrade that matters for this game.

I brought ASA because I played ASE enough to give them the benefit of the doubt, give them a clean slate and start from the ground up with a brand new game, as ASE was a coding mess. Sadly they took the same mess and put it right on top of this clean slate. Same bugs are happening in ASA exactly how ASE did. It almost like you copied and pasted the code. I can deal with some bugs but tames falling thru the cave floor is the nail in the coffin for me. How is that bug from ASE STILL not fixed. I will not give wildcard another dollar. They got their chance and they cut corners. I have zero interest in Ark2, if thats even a thing or any DLCs for that matter so long as wildcard is involved and/or they clean up their mess. Which hasnt happened once yet. So Goodbye
Shame, I really want to play but I look at the game and I just cant click that play button.
