Can't buy premium mods

When i press "purchase" i get an error in a new Windows Tab saying:

15:45:25: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
15:45:25: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Programs\Opera\launcher.exe".

without being redirected to the 3rd party site.

I searched for an hour on how to fix it, but could not find anything. Tried starting steam as admin already.

Solved:

Changing default browser from Opera to Firefox
