Yes, same bug applies to Rockwell boss fight extra levels, not working either but a upcoming patch should fix those issues.

Weirdly, I was playing on the Forglar map and I got a pop-up on-screen. It said I'd unlocked Bob's 5 extra levels. I'm mystified, because I was just wandering around harvesting and exploring. I wasn't doing anything special at the time, and it was a low-level character, too.

if you use mindwipe tonic, you get all the points, but still cannot spend it.
when you reach 20 points left, it closes and it shows the blueprint screen.
