Gas Veins Disappearing?

Um, am I the only one looking for gas veins and finding out that ones I've marked on the map, are no longer there? mainly the ones in the vicinity of my hub on Ab
(run my own server cluster, semi-private, those that join my discord are welcome to join us, theres only 3 of us atm, another joining shortly)
of course I checked virtically and made sure theres no possible way it could be on a different elevation. I have confirmed 5-6 missing. 1 came back when I tried to spawn in a replacement, the orig came back somehow and now we cant place collectors there. So of course I'm not just going to go replacing them...
Anyone else have this issue on a dedicated server, winGSM is what theyre being hosted with, if that matters at all. I'm not new to hosting, but this map is new, and it could be a bug?

Not sure about the disappearing, but I recall from Ark Survival Evolved that I couldn't place Gas Collectors if the game was set to PvE mode. I Would have to switch on PvP, place it then switch back.

I don't know if this applies to your specific situation though as you might be in PvP mode anyway. Also I don't know anything about the bug of them disappearing as I am yet to interact with gas veins.

Naw, thank you for your input, though these ones are literally gone from the map completely. A couple came back when I was near them and re-logged, and restarted the server, but we can place the collectors just fine.
