You might get an FPS improvement by stopping coelacanth from spawning on Aberration
I always thought that there were too many fish in the rivers of Aberration and that they negatively affected performance. I believe that I got a performance boost by removing their spawns all together. If anyone is interested, here is how you do this.

Go to your games directory:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\Windows

Open your game's Game.ini file with notepad and at the bottom of the text paste:
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Coel_Character_BP_Aberrant_C",ToClassName="")

Do not paste this below: [ShooterGameMode_TEMPOverrides]

This will stop them from spawning, you will need to do a dino wipe to remove the existing fish. I also removed the Piranha's in my game as well.

There's also a mod called Spawn Blocker by HexenLord that can be used to block or limit a creature's spawning, for people who aren't confident editing files or just want a more convenient way to do it.

Blocking glowbugs would probably improve performance a bit as well, they aren't as common as fish but they produce light so they probably have an equal if not bigger impact.

I was looking for such a mod, ended up just using the game config to stop these fish from spawning. I was also debating to remove lights bugs. So far I've removed coelacanth and piranhas which has actually stabilized my frames near the rivers and lakes. I also removed pyromanes because I don't think they should be on the map to begin with.
