Ceratosaurus Issue SE

So while trying to tame a cerato on Scorched Earth I noticed that the blood drunk doesn't fill. I tried with two different dinos of my own and several cerato and the never get drunk. Is there something new you have to do in order to tame them or is it still feed your dino the hemogoblin and wait for it to get drunk?
