Beer on singleplayer

Is there something special on creating beer in singleplayer?
I made lot's of beer in ASE and as far as i remember the description is pretty much the same but 0 beer in multiple hours (singleplayer setting so there should be 1 beer/hour).
Multiple stacks of berries, thatch and 2-3 empty bottles, the Barrels have 1000/1000 water.

I build them outside is this probably a problem?

It shouldn't be, I leave my thatch and berries in barrels along the ceiling roots in blue zone, and they are working. I don't know if any internal settings on single player impact beer fermentation though, that's out of my scope / knowledge.

After some waiting i got my first beer so i think the singleplayer timer of 1 beer/hour doesn't work at ASA so far and it's the default 1beer/6hours.

sinlgeplayer needs to be rendered in for timer to countdown and resets when derendered
