Patch some virus codes

i haven't been able to play ark for a while and i have some viruses that i think are preventing it so can you try patching some virus coded please and thank you.

If you have viruses you can download ESET NOD32 (it has a free version)

Run a scan, and if you have viruses it will tell you

If it doesn't detect any viruses then it's most likely that your hard drive is damaged

You might want to precise this a bit more.
• What kind of virus would prevent you from playing ARK (at least on unofficial servers and singleplayer)?
• Why should wildcard invest time and money on such a YOU-problem? Just use the the virusscheck and make a complete scan. If you still think there is a virus then download a antivirus software (but just one) and let it make a complete scan.
• Devs don't write (or most likely check) this forum. So whoever you want this to read won't happen. Use the dedicated forum for actual requests, bug reports and so on.

Unfortunately if you have viruses it is up to you to remove them, WC nor any other Game Dev can remove viruses on your computer.

If you have viruses you choose not to remove, that sounds like cheat programs and there is a very good reason the game's anti-cheat will not let you play.
If you have these viruses and want to get rid of them, try reformatting your PC's harddrive and reinstalling windows. This will be the only set of steps I will offer since it is the fastest method by hours.

The game has nothing to do with your own insecure and infected system. Get a mate or family member who's good at tech to help or pay someone to help clean it off
