Stuck at level 75
I am playing on single player with my character at 31068.0 XP (level 75) but i gain no more exp after that point. I have tried mind wipe, changing maps, making a new character, reinstalling and checking ini files but it wont let me go above level 75. If someone knows a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
