Forest Titan Artifact

Hello, on the server I play, the artifact spawn above the cave for any reason. I tried to pick it up in ghost one time to unlock it, but it seems to keep spawning out of the map. Is there a way to fix it please?

It's on the same shelf as in ASE on my server, so very strange.
Maybe try to destroy it with admin command instead of picking it up?
Could maybe reset it

Shouldn't that risk to prevent it from spawning :x? I noticed the other artifacts spawn change regulary (desert and ice), but they stay in reachable area, only the forest spawn in little cavity out of the map :/

Might be... I guess do a back up first.
I did see something about restoring stuff like that, but I'll have to dig a bit, if I find something I'll pop back in.
