44 minutes played, solid amount of playing time to form an opinion. This guy appears to play games for an hour or two before moving to the next, one of those game collectors with short attention span.
The other guys both have over 700 hours played and still actively playing the game but they are telling you not to buy it......weird no?
Though if you already own ASE i would wait for a much deeper sale.
With more than 2000 hours ase and 200 hours ASA i would say the upgrade isn't worth anything more than 5-10€.
If you don't own ASE 20 € is ok.
So there's no right answer?
You don't have enough play time, not enough data.
You have plenty of play time ,you clearly must have enjoyed the game and got your money worth.
Do you realize how flawed this logic is?
+ updates could break a game, so even 1000 hours doesn't mean the game is in it's current state worth it
+ probably you play the game in a different way as most others do and therefore probably important bugs or shortcomming don't affect you (pvp vs pve).
+ worth is pretty much the most subjectic thing possible. It's up to you if you trust a negative review more after 1 hour or after 1000 hours.
Even unofficial with booster rates assuming they are not x100 or x1000.
Breeding, imprinting, getting mutations, preparing for bossfights, going for drops, doing caves for drops. That is insane amount of time, especially if you are new player and not in a big tribe. If you don't have fully optimized route how to speedrun through everything and even then you need alot of hrs behind your belt.
Which brings back to my original point.
Lets be frank ARK is alot of things and one of them is very addictive game, that doesn't make it a good product.
"You have plenty of play time ,you clearly must have enjoyed the game and got your money worth." is just a very weak argument and doesn't represent reality.
2 things can be true at the same time.
IE having 700 hrs and advising other players against buying it, because of terrible experience, poor optimization or whatever else its not simple true or false statement, there are nuances.
I dont understand, is masochism a bad thing? People cant help what they prefer?
