Also be helpful to know whether it's a official server, unofficial, local, modded etc

and the highest possible Speed, also activate resizable Bar, disable CSM for intel.
Windows Systemdevices and disable ResolutionTimerService
(reduces nearly any Stuttering to 0).
Registry, disable GPU-Preemtion, Google for a Tutorial.
If ARK is just using for Example 80% of your GPU go to Nvidia Systemsettings
and create a new Profile for ARK. In that Profile deactivate all Antialising.
You will see no Difference ingame thanks to Dlss.
Its like Magic, Ark can now utilize 100% of your GPU.
I3 12100 and RTX 3050 here, all on high and some Settings like Viewdistance,
Textures on epic. Clouds and Fog off, GrasLength 0.5 (more realistic) also gains some FPS.
Forced Dlss4 Preset K/Performance. Looks better than Dlss3 Quality.
Island upper 50s, SE in the 70s, EXE in the upper 60s.
Locked to 50FPS no Drops, smooth and 0 Stuttering.
