Latest Update crashes the game every 2-5 minutes

How the hell are you going to release a patch for a game before testing it and have no sense of urgency to fix it....Honestly insane how awful these developers are..

People keep acting snide like "maybe your system should be better" The above reply being case-in-point. You shouldn't need one of NASA's computers to run the game. The game should simply be optimized better. We've waited long enough.

So what's enough to run the game then? I'm running an I9 with 128 gigs, and a 3090ti.. Is that enough to run the game? Because this poorly optimized game gives me nothing but grief also. All my drivers are up to date, ASA has been a poorly optimized turd since day one. it's the biggest complaint seen on these forums, and in their update comments sections. They made a slightly better looking, poorer performing version of ASE. Now most of our friends have went back to ASE because at least they can play the game without constant crashes.

EXACTLY!! We need a new computer for every update! Bought a new one 6 months ago and it won't load, everything is updated on my rig, all other games work.....SMFH

also constant crashes. I don´t think it has something to do how good the system is.
Reinstalled it 2 times and it crashes completely vanilla on official, dedicated server and in solo play.
Tomorrow I will reinstall the graphics driver but besides that I have no clue.

Myself and my group are all deadlocked as well. I'm running an older model machine, so i expect these issues, but the rest are on good hardware. All the way around this is an update bug. Really wish it hadn't happened on my free day to play with everyone. Reinstalled, verified, updated drivers, and turned it off an on again. Now we wait. I hope if someone finds a solution they post it.

It's often about the balance of components in a system, people will often buy the latest graphics card and pair it with other out of date older hardware.

As far as Nvidia goes I'm using this driver so perhaps it's a stable one worth trying

and once they patched the Major update I've not had any issues, 4 hour session last night on Extinction with no hiccups.

I had crashes and stutters after the last update, made tests with several Gpu drivers, the one which gives me almost no stutters (after a period of 10 minutes of stutters) and ZERO crash, is, like Seiko, the 566.36.

If you are under Nvidia, maybe you should try it.

your system is better than mine, ryzen 7 with a 3060. 64gb of ram and 1tb ssd. i had figured you were using an older system. its crazy how some have no issues and others do when we all downloading same updates.

This game is a corrupt money pit milking their fan base every way they can! They put more time and energy on earnings than investing/developing a playable game.

They likely fired the testers for the game..well Snail Games did in it's amazing glory to cut costs to a dying game.

This game is so inconsistent. For me the updates [+video card driver update] fixed the crashing I was having occasionally before [though I am not playing on an official map]. But there's stutters sometimes and a bunch of Mod item icons are broken after the update, probably just need the mods to update for those.

Don't gaslight people, wc doesn't care about you any more than they care about us. MANY people are having issues since the most recent updates, including me with i9 and a 4070ti with 64gb of ram. Game is installed alone on a 2gb m2 drive. Most recent software currently installed from nvidia.
So, instead of blowing wildcard and lying to people, just acknowledge that 99% of the players have this issue. The only way you AREN'T having a problem is if you're playing on xbox or ps5. Which are you? Xbox player or ps?
