1. it's new so it's quite clear the drivers are not perfect as it is always with new lines
2. the hardware difference between 4090 and 5090 is not that much, esp. considering the 2 years they had for development. The performance difference between both cards for games will be most likely just around 10-25% depending on game of course.
Even the structure size is the same (4nm) for both 4090 and 5090.
Many people ignore that the hardwave improvment is not what it was 10 years ago.
We have to adapt our expectations about new Hardware generations.

Which is pretty much what the guy who made the video states almost at the very beginning before they showed the results.
Is the flickering lights among shadows of Foliage, I can get it reduced but it never goes away.
My RTX 3080 can use close to 360 watt of power, yet in ARK it wont go over 300, usually in the 260-280 range.
According to MSI Afterburner, it is Voltage/Power limited so it has to be the CPU that is limiting it, despite it being a 5900X, its a shame.
