Fix for non-dedicated server not updating

Spent hours today trying to get one set of servers to update. Tried everything I could find online and nothing was working. I dd not want to have to try to reinstall or wipe anything if i could avoid it. Turned out there was an easy fix. No deleting anything, and no losses.
I went to the official SteamCMD website and re downloaded the .zip and extracted it to where the existing SteamCMD was. Windows asked me if i wanted to replace files and i said yes. Ran the update as normal and it worked!
This may not solve everyone;s issues they may run into with servers not updating but at least it;s one more thing to try and if it's not the issue, it won't hurt anything.
