Corrupted Helmet Skin

i was wondering if this skin is still in the game and if so does anyone know how to get it?

Should be the same as ASE; Extinction Chronicles (explorer notes for ???? in the boss arenas for Island, SE, Ab). It's classified as a cosmetic engram, so you need to apply it in the cosmetics tab:

EDIT: Forgot to mention, that's in the "Extinction" folder of the cosmetics tab.

i have tryed to get the notes but they do not pop up when standing right over them
