Need Dev Help Cant Make Survive the Ark account. Need help

I am having massive issue since transfers on Astraeos opened up with a tribe that has pillared an absolutely asinine amount of land for building base so large you cant even render the entire thing. I try to go onto survivetheark to report, but cannot get through because when making an account it says to await confirmation email, but never gotten an email. checked Spam, junk, trash, every folder I can find. Been waiting 2 days on this email now and cant get any where meanwhile these guys are slowly trying to pillar myself and 4 other tribes out of the map. If any devs could reach out and assist, or if anyone knows a way to reach them besides SurvivetheArk or the Ark discord (cant get heard there at all it seems) I would appreciate it.
