"Sorry you need to buy the Nvidia drive for $1500 to be allowed to use the slightly runable drive, Thanks" /s

There is no point using older driver just update to the latest if it don't work just re-roll back to previous drive

I recall a few months ago a certain drivers version was the most stable without crashing the game ever 20min or so. guess its trial and error to see what one works best.
The last 572.xx, made for the 50xx series are good (personally i don't have problem with), but, many users of GPU series 40xx and 30xx (i have myself a 3080) complaign that they have issues with crashes, stutters and/or with dlss with this 572.xx series...

If not, then try the 566.36 or oldest 561.09.

And when you try one, even if it stutters (maybe ?) , let it have 15 minutes and see after this time if it's good or not for your config.

Thanks soo much! yeah i got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 5070now but maybe its not that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at 1080p?
do you know where the internal resolution scale is hiding?
And where are the maps located like scorched earth? i want to delete them because the game is taking 200gb! I only play The Island map.
Thanks bro!
Don't know for the internal resolution.

I'm playing 4K (3840x2160) 50/70 fps most of time (graphic settings, a mix between "medium" and "high" with DLSS on "performance"), with my "little" 3080, with your GPU and i imagine, the rest of your rig, you should maybe consider to buy (if you have the money, of course) a new monitor ? There are some 27" 4K for less than 200 euros (not the best ones, but it begins at...), and like that... wow... ASA is wonderful ! It's almost another game ! :steamhappy:

For the maps, i make a copy/paste of what i said to another people, recently...

From the community crunch of March 28 :

"5.5 Upgrade is still underway, targeting launch between April & May.
UE 5.5 is the top priority for the team.
Some immediate performance benefits, more performance and graphical benefits long term as we continue to develop the product.
Additional maps will immediately become optional downloads."

do you know what dir the maps are located? so i can delete the ones i dont want.
Thanks again :)
536.23-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql
does not crash but works with 20 and 30 series
any driver with unreal 5.2 seems to work normally
any driver for 5.3 and up seems to be screwed for ark
