Active Mods Issue

So I still get the device hung error and when it populates the list of mods that I have loaded. It always shows more than what I activated. This list below is from my attempt at Scorched Earth. The only mod I personally enabled for my single player game was Auto Engrams. I don't have most of the mods, it says I used, installed. So, short of uninstalling this dumpster fire again and reinstalling it. Is there a work around?
