Currently, the game has very few players, there's hardly any difference in the number of players between Ark 1 (aparently abandoned) and Ark 1.5 (new game)
So, if they keep the players like zombies fulfilling the purpose of logging in more often, the game's statistics go up
The game needs a lot of fixes, but when they nerf things it happens in days or hours
Fixing bugs takes months or even years
Probably time to quit and wait for ARK 2 if it ever happens.
This is probably going to get a lot of people to quit the game.
I think in pvp it forces at least slightly more consistent interaction with things like wind turbines powering big turret nests for weeks, in PVE it makes it much harder on solo players to expand in official servers and maintain simple set ups, but at transmitter tier you are pretty much hopping between bases that often anyway, if you're super active.
I think in once case I found just using some oil and hide was more efficient in a generator, but on others I just transferred over a few hundred of the mats to repair, and keep them in linked storage, since those areas were things like turbines powering clifftop forges on scorched earth with linked already active and etc, anyway.
What's really shocking is how quickly it drops the health on turbines though, I swear its losing about 2k a day, or I'm just crazy.
In Evolved if power was lost on cryofridge for more then 30 days all you had to do was restore the power BEFORE opening the fridge. I am sure Ascended is the same way.
I started so many time a new journey and have fun since 2015 playing it for over 20k hours.
Loosing stuff its part of this fun and give room to get better in this game.
Stop crying and deal with it
😂😂😂😂 love it.
