How do u play cross platform

How do u play cross platform from pc to ps5. I had someone buy the game on ps5 but the can not join my non-dedicated game.

Non-dedicated isn't cross platform. You need to host on a PC or purchase a server from Nitrado. If you host, you can do it for free on SteamCMD, just look up a video on how to do it. I'm warning you, though, that I've been having a lot of issues with this and nothing is seeming to help allow us to do this. I'm in the same boat as you. Also, when you do get the server set up, you need to put in the argument "-ServerPlatform=All" or "-ServerPlatform=PC+PS5"

I run servers myself, and I do not even use -ServerPlatform=All and it works fine, servers are by default Cross Platform for as far as I know.
I had someone from XBox Series S on my Server so, it works fine, and I specified nothing.

So I created my own form a video I watched. I can see it when I search but it says pvp. I wanted pve how can I change it.
