Alpha Tribes taxing kids - is that not grooming?

I have witnessed this a few times.
Alpha tribe consisting of grown men/women that force kids as young as 10-12 years old to pay them with resources so they wont get theire thatch/wooden bases instawiped(as if they were ever going to be a treath against a tribe that uses 100s of dollars to buy bases).

Why is this allowed? Are devs in on it?
How is that not grooming, and grooming kids online is something you should go to jail for.

I dont care call yourself 123 or human1 or human2 and you have dehumanized yourself into some sort of bot that buys all his progress trough discord and any level 1 that complains of being killed by a lightning wyvern lvl 450 is told to go "play pve" ..at least ask how old the person you are grooming for your taxes is before you start that horrible toxic crap.

grooming kids means you are intending to create a relationship with them to usually convince them to do sexual stuff or sometimes get them to pay you money, doing this in a video game is as much grooming as a store clerk selling something to a kid irl since the kid doesn't pay in anything but in game items, although i do agree selling in game things for money should be banned but it seems some of the higher ups in Snail games and Wildcard might do this as well so it will probably never go away

How exactly are they "Buying Bases" with real money?
There is nothing inside ASA when it comes to resources and structures, that you buy with real cash, so no idea how they would be doing this.

That said, I never touch PvP mainly for such toxic players, I tried but those alpha tribes just don't give a single thing about fresh players joining a server.
PvP should be fun and accessable for everyone, not just 1 single big tribe being the one who decides what you can and can't do, so I just gave up on Officials as well as PvP.
I like building, and there is no point in PvP for me, as my base would not be build for that.

Woah, that is crazy, Wildcard and SnailGames should be notified of this with proof, that will get things rolling on enforcing a ban on that crap.
I kinda wish I could hack and get admin password on servers to annoy those guys, not by destroying, but by building on those spots they sell xD

That's one of the reasons OP was annoyed, Snail and Wildcard know this is going on they just do nothing about it and some have come out showing that some of the tribes that sell things is linked with the CEO of snail but i haven't seen it so im not sure if it is confirmed, all i have seen is that it is corrupt to some degree, here is a video about the corruption:

I don't understand why Wildcard doesn't take matters in their own hands, I know Snail Games probably has a big part of their budget, but they are letting their game be destroyed.
If I were Wildcard, I would do everything I could to take legal action, even go as far as Crowdfunding to supply finances for court, as this is just not acceptable.

just like calling someone a nazi. this will now be overused ..... this is not grooming in any way, shape or form.
