Looking for PVE server

I know I could just start my own cluster if I was willing to pay $60+ a month but there are only 3 of us. We are looking for what I would call "ark for people with jobs" style server. 10-15x all with boosted 300 max level wilds, breeding interval of 0.2 or lower, boosted weight, speed, oxy, crafting stats, fortitude and mods like Crazy's potions, Super Cyro Storage (basically lethal's dino storage v2 but higher level engram), Super Structures Ascended, Awesome Teleporters, Awesome Spyglass, and 10-100x platform building capacity as we all like to play "nomad" style and build boats and dino bases.

I know it's picky but aint no one got time to get anywhere with 2-3 hours a day for gaming and we all enjoy it super easy and casual. If you guys know of a server like this please point me to it! Thanks in advance.

I have a great server cluster. very low pop. very vanilla settings, with some quality of life mods and slightly raised taming and breeding rates.

ASA Story Driven Cluster of ALL official maps. Very low population but great players and people. PvE environment on PvP server type. Vanilla playstyle with only quality of life type mods, nothing game changing or breaking.

2x rates is not nearly high enough for us.

^^^^ Pretty much mandatory rates, boosts and mod list ^^^^
