it's been 3 weeks i can't update my own server :(

i have been playing ark by myself and my friend on my own private server using the server installer ASCT and it's been 3 weeks now i cannot update it. it shows me a message saying

Got AppInfo for 2430930

and just stays there.....can someone help me with that ? i have looked everywhere but can't find a fix im starting to loose hope :(

I had the same issue, however I did end up fixing it. I'll walk through how, it is pretty simple. I am assuming you have installed the server through SteamCMD?

did you get it fixed? i got the same issue
