Way to increase FPS?

I'm running an RX 7800XT and I'm only getting 40-60 FPS. I'm running it in 1440P. I know how to use the console to turn off fog and clouds, which helped (it was almost a slideshow before I did that). Anything else I can do? Thanks in advance.

they never did it with ASE so I wouldn't expect it here.

As I said, the performance actually got worse after this last update. I'm at a loss for what to do at this point.

i have a 2080ti and am getting 40-60 fps as well on epic no console commands
this seems correct as a 2080ti out performs the 7800xt is most games

i have a 7800 XT also and i'm about 78-90 fps in game, while running, with several animals on screen (rRadeon sfw records 104 fps avg, but this includes fps while in menus and inventory) . 1440p, Max Frame rate is capped at 144, vsync on, res scale 72, turned off motion blur, light bloom and shafts. Adv Graphics-High, View dist-high, textures- epic, post proc- Med, Gen Shad-High, glob ill Qlty- Low, Eff-high, foliage-med. In the Radeon swr, i enabled ant-Lag, disabled image sharpening although i dont think it matters. game plays like ASE but looks much better. I'd like to see how it runs wit FSR 3.1. Just wish devs would get off their butts and optimize this game already. Too any bugs and crashes.

You didn't post... anything else about the computer, the game runs on more than just the drive and the gpu. I could put a 4090 in a the same motherboard as an i5 but it's not going to be able to run the gpu at full capacity. same with ram, same with everything

I have a sapphire rx 7800xt 16gb and the scorched earth map is the worst for me, other maps run alright recently. As I've read you don't have it on an ssd, I have it on an m.2 ssd which probably helps

What's the point if paying hundrets of dollers but then choose 1440p resolution and setting all graphics settings to low, lmao
