Can't gather with dinos on extinction?

I can't gather with dinos for some reason. I even bred a new dino and I can't gather when I use the primary attack. I've tried a stego, rock golem and theri. I can gather with my character just fine.

Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know a fix?

Running on private server. Server is fully up to date and has been restarted a few times.

You've gotten further than me. I can't interact with ANYTHING on Extinction. It's a running and looking around simulator at the moment.
