You can't, not until they update the Engine to the 5.5 version, that is where the DLC will be separated (so they say).

I'm not sure anymore that choosing or not the DLCS maps will be done at the same time as the UE 5.5 update, rereading the sentence of the community crunch of September 11th, I find that it's ambiguous :

"There’s steady progress being made on the Unreal Engine 5.5 upgrade, which will bring a range of impactful performance improvements along with our ongoing work splitting DLC maps into optional downloads so you’ll have more control over your storage space."
