Gift a premium mod?
I want to purchase a premium mod for myself and a friend. Is there no way to do that?

Don't believe so, Premium mods can only be bought via the in-game experience.
You may have to send the money to your friend and than they buy the mod.

Best you can do is get a steam gift card and give your friend the code so he or she can buy the dlc with his or her account :V

I just want to put this out there for anyone else in this situation. Do NOT send them a Steam gift card. You apparently can't use it to purchase premium mods. I did this and he's unable to buy it >.<
