Yi Ling missing a color region (Region 2)?

I've been taming some Yi Lings lately because I'd like to breed them and collect colors in their regions. It seems that all their regions have colors except for the second one, which is always whitish ( the white spots on their feathers [i.ytimg.com] ).

This confused me a bit because in the creature's wiki [ark.wiki.gg], it clearly shows that it has all regions, and missing the opportunity to color that region for even more unique combinations alarmed me a bit.

We can say that the wiki is wrong and that's that, but I've done a bit more research, and I noticed that in the teaser image [cdn.survivetheark.com], this region does have color (the Yi Ling on the left has blue, while the other two have orange and yellowish colors).

Is this intentional or a design error in the game?
