can't access obelisk

for some reason can't access obelisk on the surface on my character. haven not tried others yet to see if its on all just this one happens to be closest to base. hopefully the boss one will work. i was just trying to make cryopods. How is this issue fixed. there are no mods on server. changes to the ini are centered around breeding, tame and growth speeds. only other major change was to allow letting disallowed class to be thrown from cryopod. had a bee i captured and cryod and couldn't throw out without that change. i doubt any of these changes to the server would kill the obelisk. only thing i could find on the net was referring to red gunning. but from my understanding that involves doing things to the obelisk while in admin mode. i don't switch to admin mode so not sure what happened. i did find a video showcasing how to fix a broken by deleting and respawning a new obelisk but as it's 5 yrs old, ASE I was reluctant to follow instructions in case i'd permanently break something in our game. any help i can get would be appreciated

sometimes happens in ark that you cannot access dino or container inventories. Like one will just break while you can still use all the others. If that is the case, a re-log works.
if its not that .. someone might have been doing something they shouldn't have.

this has been days. have relogged multiple times during this issue. it unfortunately is persisting. I'm the only one with the admin password. and i don't use it.

Cant you just craft cryopods at the loot crates that spawn normally on the map? If you have to the surface, you could just look for one that isnt near reapers and craft one there as well. If you have item weight issues, just upload the items at a charge station then download them where you can craft the cryopods.

No idea about the terminal thing. WildCard really needs to fix the structures being non-interactive after unloading... It's been like that since ASA launch; although significantly rarer than when Ab dropped.

yup can definitely do that. and have been doing that. the only big issue is if all of them go down ill need a fix as obelisks are needed for the boss fight. luckily that one in the radiation zone is currently still working. it just leaves me worried. and i'd like to have a solution handy if that obelisk goes down.

for sure. They REALLY need to fix Aberration's inaccessible structures... PlantZ doesnt work and even on dedicated servers the charge nodes and other structures will just randomly stop.

Wouldn't be surprised if they're waiting on console validation for some of the fixes or something.
