Fix the genetic scanner.

In both PVE and PVP tribes, stealing genetics from baby creatures is very easy for a traitor of the tribe, I'll use reapers as an example. Since there is no record of who removed the genetics or which creature was left without genetics, there is no way to find the culprit or find out when your dino's genetics were removed.
And even if I find the culprit or the dino that has it, I can't return the genetics into an adult dino. The traitor can take the gene gun to another server and craft a new one, as if nothing happened.
This ruins the experience in the game, because even if it doesn't hurt you much for the stas, it is still uncomfortable.
